Spinach Salad with Lakeview Orchard Apples, Pears & Fennel
As the seasons change, we like adapting our salads with seasonal ingredients that will transform a regular salad into a new experience. This salad is inspired by all the fall pears and apples readily available in Massachusetts right now. Crunchy, slightly sweet and the perfect companion for mixed greens.
